Co-Founder
David Biddulph
David Biddulph, 74, is a Co-founder of the Let Us Vote for a Balanced Budget Amendment Campaign. He is a semi-retired entrepreneur and citizen activist who has been a leader since 1992 in empowering citizens to vote for state and national constitutional amendments.
Michigan Chairman
Thomas Llewellyn
For several years, Tom Llewellyn has focused on getting Article V Balanced Budget Amendment (BBA) resolutions passed in states across the country. Tom was the leading citizen advocate in Michigan when Senator Mike Green and Rep. Ray Franz passed the BBA resolution in 2014.


Co-Founder
Dr. Barry Poulson
Barry W. Poulson is Emeritus Professor of Economics at the University of Colorado. He has been a Visiting Professor at several Universities including, Universidad Autonomo De Guadalajara, Mexico; University of North Carolina; Cambridge University; Konan University, Kobe Japan; and Universidad Carlos Tercera, Madrid, Spain.
Executive Director
Mae James
Mae James joined the national campaign to advance a federal balanced budget amendment in 2017. In 2018, she became the Director of Communications for the Let Us Vote for a Balanced Budget Amendment Citizen’s Campaign and in 2019, its Executive Director. In these roles, Mae has enjoyed opportunities to learn from leading experts on fiscal rules, politics and the Constitution. She feels privileged to have a platform from which to advocate for federal fiscal responsibility, with both citizens and legislators from across the country.
Legislative Coordinator for the States
Mark Guyer
Mr. Guyer has served as a legislative aide on Capitol Hill. He holds two Master’s degrees, and has as a deep interest in protecting our nation from a fiscal crisis that would affect all Americans.
